Crimes reported over the past seven days. Burglary Dwelling Between 10.39am on Wednesday 29 and 10.39am on Thursday 30 July in Skegby Road, Kirkby in Ashfield, a gate was broken to gain access to a back garden and the rear kitchen window of a house was smashed in a possible attempted break in. Burglary Other Nothing to Report Theft of motor vehicle Between 6.30am and 7.30am on Friday 31 July in Church Lane, Selston, a white Honda CBR125 motorbike, with red and blue stripes across the tank, was stolen from the car park of the Beech Court Nursing home. Theft from motor vehicle Reported at 12.09pm on Wednesday 5 August that at Ashfield Recovery, Portland Street, Kirkby in Ashfield, items including clothing, a bag containing a purse with a bank card, were stolen from the boot of white Vauxhall Adam car, which had been in for a number of weeks undergoing repairs. The owner is not sure when this happened. A pair of sunglasses was also stolen from inside the car. Theft Nothing to Report Criminal Damage Nothing to Report. ASB At 4.38pm on Saturday 1 August in Franklin Road, Jacksdale, two unknown white males, 12 years old, blonde hair and wearing t-shirts, were setting fires on the Greenway which is at the back of the callers property. Over the past half hour six small fires had been started, now all dowsed. They were also seen smashing glass bottles.
